Chaired by Mike Farrimond, UKWIR, leader of the Urban Pilot, this meeting gathered 20 participants. The workshop presented the first results of TECHNEAU on the topic "Water treatment" and was the first joint meeting with the European Construction Technology Platform (ECTB). The ECTB presents similar missions to the WssTP although to do with the construction sector. Further cooperation opportunities have been mentioned particularly on the REFINE (Research for Future Infrastructure Network in Europe) initiative of the ECTP. A framework of collaboration between the two platforms will be set up and validated by boards of both ETPs.
