From PCC TO WG's

In order to further enhance WssTP's new strategy, the pilot coordination committee that used to be part of our organisational structure is in the process of changing with WssTP to focus on setting up a Working Group structure as part of its new scheme.

Our goal is to replace the current pilot structure which has been in place since 2007 with a more flexible Working Group so that we effectively respond to the needs of our members, the water industry, and the constantly changing environment.

These new WssTP WGs can have different formats, in the sense that they can be very specifically aimed at a particular issue or technology but they can also be of a more strategic nature comparable with the current Task Forces. Some of these WssTP WGs may decide at a certain stage to apply to also be recognized as EIP Water Action Groups.

Our members will be requested to submit proposals for new WssTP WGs to the board.

The WssTP WGs will be overseen by a Steering Group composed of representatives from the different WGs and will take over some of the more operational tasks of the Board.
